In this 2-bedroom, premium short-term rental unit at Sterling Tower West, tones of french greys combine with lighter beiges and warm wood tones, crafting an inviting atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from the iconic palm trees of Dubai and the sleek modernity of the skyline, tactile artworks and playful contemporary prints serve as a dynamic ode to the city's essence.

The design journey leads to a unique paint treatment in the guest bedroom, complemented by olive green upholstery and artworks. Palm leaf inspiration and textured artworks seamlessly flow from the living room to the master bedroom, creating a cohesive narrative.

In order to define two spaces for the living and dining room; a freestanding shelving unit was incorporated where an artwork was installed on one side facing the dining area, while a TV was placed on the other, for the living space. Hanging plants and authentic accessories tie back to the tactile feeling, echoing elements found in the artworks.
