The Marina | Dubai

Anna had a charming 1-bedroom property located in a prime area in Dubai Marina. She was keen to have her place be noticed among the many competitors in the area, in a way that was original and impactful.

Surrounded with modern high-rise buildings and the glistening waters, we felt that going with a blue colour palette would be the expected. Instead, we opted to nod to the nearby JBR beach and desert sands of the region, to create a lovely, rich coral and sand toned colour palette that added warmth and impact. This connection to the locality was also a key ingredient in bringing in a sense of authenticity.

To elevate the space and enhance the impact of the colour palette, we took a tone-on-tone approach in our furnishings. Warm wood tones, textured accessories and contemporary artworks that tie in the desert dunes all combine together to create a unique visual language that stood out from competing properties and gave the space a sense of interest and individuality.
