Kite Beach | Dubai
In this 5-bedroom villa located on Kite Beach, we envisioned a beach-like, homey place with a colour palette featuring sand tones and soft pastels. Touches of deeper tones in caramel leathers and raw woods, light linen curtains, raffia textures, and woven decor bring a warmth and richness to the space.
In the design process, it was important for us to balance the “shabby” with the chic to make sure the end result was both beachy and elegant. To achieve this, we played with contrasts in our selections - combining rough wood with luxurious marble, pairing linen with bouclé, and incorporating a smoked ribbed glass statement vase with eucalyptus to create moments of luxury juxtaposed with natural elements.
Our client had a stunning artwork with vibrant tones that would become the focal point of the dining area, anchoring the space and guiding the arrangement of the open living area. We complemented this through a curation of colourful tableware featuring beach-inspired motifs that also contrasted against the neutral furnishings.
A meticulously crafted beaded wood chandelier and clay shell chandelier enhance the coastal ambience, and touches of luxurious leather in caramel and sand tones bring warmth and sophistication to the space.

We completed this entire project, including the roof terrace and the whole 5-bedroom villa, in less than 45 days.
The views were already incredible - imagine being close to the beach that you can taste the salt in the air and feel the sea breeze. A hammock adds a touch of boho chic, complemented by tall banana and coconut leaves, giving moments of introspection and pure relaxation in sync with the sound of the waves.
An al fresco dining arrangement, super comfy lounge seating, cosy beanbags for evening chats, and a firepit - toasted marshmallows anyone?
